CV Engineering provided Professional Architect/Engineer services to Sterling contracting
for this renovation project. Focal point of the renovation was the rework of the
front entrance exterior and interior to meet ADA and UFAS accessibility requirements.
General renovation and modernization included fully accessible restroom facilities,
new kitchen layouts, and improvements to the wall, ceiling, and floor finishes throughout
the building.

Mechanical engineering included modifications to the hot water heating system and
rezoning of the distribution piping, and a general upgrade of the fire protection
system.

Electrical engineering comprised design and specification of new transformer from
the 4160V feed, distribution panels, wiring and fixtures, and lighting upgrade
|
