CV Engineering was the professional engineer of record for the civil and site work
design on this project involving a total renovation of a ten-story low income apartment
building. The scope of services included removal of existing pavements and trees,
design of new pavement and sidewalks (including handicap access ramps), storm water
control, erosion and runoff control plans, and complete sitework specifications.
