Mr. Sennerikuppam has over 40 years experience in engineering management, plant
layouts, construction engineering, construction management, proposals, proposal
evaluations, estimates, installation, start-ups and maintenance in the heavy metals
industry. He has extensive experience in integrated steel mills, mini-mills, aluminum,
cement and textile industries. Mr. Sennerikuppam also has in-depth experience in
receiving substations, primary substations, distribution substations and high voltage
power distribution. Mr. Sennerikuppam has a degree in Electrical Engineering and
is a member of AIST, NSPE, and NFPA.

Ohio, Mississippi, North Carolina, Kentucky, Alabama, and Indiana.

Nearly 34 years of experience in structural design and project management, and has
provided engineering services for clients in a wide range industries including steel,
aluminum, paper, and mining operations. Has acquired a thorough working knowledge
of steel mill operations and has played a lead role in design of projects involving
melt shops, ladle refining, continuous casters, and rolling mills. Prepared building
and foundation designs for several continuous caster projects and played a key role
throughout construction of the projects. Also has considerable experience with design
and construction of systems for storage and handling of bulk materials such as coal,
crushed stone, and iron ore. This includes silos, bunkers, belt conveyors, load
out systems, and related equipment.

Over 19 years experience in management of engineering and construction. Skills include
scope of work definition, estimating, scheduling, planning of project execution,
teambuilding, resource planning, cost monitoring, and tracking of project changes.
These skills have been successfully implemented to deliver projects, large and small,
on time and within budget.

Experienced in nearly all aspects of structural design, with particular expertise
in the areas of structural steel frameworks and heavy equipment foundations. Very
knowledgeable in the design of concrete tanks, water treatment facilities, and retaining
walls. Hands on experience with dynamic response analysis for vibrating equipment
such as screens, compressors, and large fans. Proficient in the use of StaadPro,
AutoCAD, and other analysis tools. Performed condition assessments of existing facilities,
feasibility studies for re-use of salvaged equipment, scope development based on
client concept, construction cost estimates, detailed construction engineering for
new facilities, and on-site field engineering during construction. |

Narender Akubathini, P.E., Director, Projects |
|
Mr. Akubathini has over 24 years experience in the analysis and design of structural
steel, foundations and storage structures. His experience includes the areas of
hot and cold mills, flat rolled mills, and public housing. Mr. Akubathini has also
performed feasibility studies, prepared estimates, managed projects and supervised
teams of designers and engineers. Mr. Akubathini has Masters Degrees
in Structural Engineering and in Business Administration, and is well versed in
computer software such as Excel, Access, STAAD, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Project,
Unix, Oracle, C and Visual Basic. Registered Professional Engineer in the states
of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Maryland and in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
