CV Engineering was the professional engineer of record for the addition of an interior
stairwell in the three-story District 11 office building. The work involved general
arrangements to create the necessary floor space for the stairwell, structural design
of building modifications, and architectural design of the stairwell, including
wall finishes, stair details, and other features. The final set of plans was submitted
to the State of PA for Building Permit approval.
