CV Engineering provided complete layout and design of the main building structure,
including the overhead crane runway and two-story electrical building. CV Engineering
provided and coordinated subcontract services for the site survey and the Geotechnical
report. Design of the main building included analysis of the building frame to develop
foundation loads, design of the pile foundations and concrete pile caps, and design
of the building structural steel. CV Engineering also provided design drawings for
the equipment foundations including deep pit for the uncoiler and coiler installations,
grinder area with stainless steel troughs for collection of the lubricants, deep
pit for the lubricant recycling, and electrical manholes. |
